It's a shop where Baumkuchen is the main attraction, and I'm happy that I can enjoy it slowly in the store. The staff are cheerful, and their polite service makes for a pleasant experience. In addition to hard and soft Baumkuchen, there is also a brûlée type, which makes choosing fun. The brûlée has a fragrant surface and a crispy texture that is delightful, and the gentle flavor of vanilla mousse complements it well. The fluffy and light chiffon cake has a gentle taste all the way to the whipped cream in the center, which I really liked. There are also breads lined up in the back, and it was nice to be able to relax in the spacious café area.

The Baumkuchen is the main attraction, and there are also various breads lined up in the back, making it a fun place. There are seats available for dining inside, allowing for a relaxed experience. The cheerful service from the staff is pleasant, and the atmosphere is nice. The fig bread has a soft texture that is easy to eat, filled with plenty of fruit and has a lovely aroma. The brûlée Baum and both hard and soft Baum are great as gifts, and you can enjoy them at home as well. The chiffon cake is soft with a light texture, and the fresh cream has a gentle sweetness.
