It is probably a branch from the very popular "Tonkatsu evergreen oak" restaurants in Kamata, Daimon, and Ginza. The menu, the rock salt on the table, and the visual of the dishes are very similar. Of course, the taste is very delicious as well. This restaurant also uses luxurious "Hayashi SPF Pork". This time, I was not so hungry, so I decided to have the orthodox loin cutlet set meal with a large serving of rice (1000 yen + 100 yen). The "top" and "special" cuts are different in the parts and grams used. The quality of the pork cutlet set meal is thick enough to enjoy the sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the juicy pork. The rice, made from Niigata koshihikari rice, was also cooked a bit firm and very satisfying. And what was most pleasing was that we visited at around 7:30 p.m. on a weekday and there were only three groups of customers ahead of us. There were more customers after that, but the restaurant was not full. Even if the restaurant is full, it shares a kitchen with the neighboring restaurant "Western Waguri," so you can enjoy the same menu. We are all interested in the special loin cutlet, ribeye, and cutlet curry, so we are sure to return.
