The interior has a counter and a raised seating area, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The skewer menu includes options like pork neck, young green onion, heart, tongue, and liver, making it fun to choose. The liver is sourced fresh from the market every morning and skewered in-house, resulting in a moist and juicy texture without being dry. There is a rule of ordering at least 10 skewers per person, but you can easily choose two types with five skewers each. Eating them while they are freshly grilled allows you to fully enjoy the rich flavors as the fat melts. It's easy to get to from the station, and I was able to casually enjoy delicious grilled skewers.
