This restaurant is said to be the originator of the "sta-don" that can now be seen everywhere in town. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Kunitachi Station, and the road is straight after exiting the station, so it should be easy to find. Sta-don + extra rice + extra meat (550 yen + 100 yen + 150 yen) We visited around 8:00 p.m., but there was only one customer ahead of us who had already finished eating. I asked the owner if the extra rice was a mega portion, and he replied, "It's not that much..." It is hard to tell from the picture, but the bowl is a ramen bowl with 7 to 8 portions of rice. The owner was so forceful that there was no way I could say, "That's a lot of rice! There was no way I could say that, but when I put my chopsticks into the bowl, I was amazed at how delicious it was! The soy sauce and garlic taste was stronger than the other suta-don I have had in the past, but the taste was not spicy and my chopsticks kept going. When there was only about a third of the rice left, a raw egg was added for the final spurt. I ate the last of the Sawan I had left and finished the dish. I was impressed that the owner smiled at me when I looked up after running through the restaurant like a 100-meter race in a sensory no-brainer. I almost don't remember drinking the miso soup, but I think the ingredients were all bean sprouts! 800 yen is a god price for such a delicious and filling meal. I don't often go to Kunitachi area, but if I have another chance, I would like to taste and eat a little more.
