The interior is new and clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The homemade soba is freshly made, with firm noodles that have a good texture. The hand-made soba has a smooth finish, and the dipping sauce made with Hinai chicken is rich in flavor and elegant. There are many types of soba, and it's fun to choose a mini rice bowl set to go with it. The duck bowl is satisfying with plenty of green onions, and the tempura soba allows you to enjoy two different types of tempura. The inari sushi has a nice accent of pickled ginger, and I liked the texture as well.
