The sushi toppings are fresh, and the pleasant texture of the squid and the richness of the yellowtail are impressive. The eel is also very delicious. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) is tasty, and you can enjoy the flavorful clams pickled with sansho pepper and the sea bream soup.
