The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed, and the staff is friendly. The homemade soba has a firm texture and a pleasant chewiness. The thin noodles are slightly green, refreshing, and pair perfectly with the broth that has a rich aroma. A warm bowl has a clean mouthfeel, and the umami of the broth is distinctly felt. The oyakodon has a generous amount of onions, and the moderate seasoning is pleasant. I was happy to receive a tempura service when I ordered a large portion, and the tempura bits made with cottonseed oil are light and delicious.
