I am happy that I can easily grill by myself in the atmosphere of Omoide Yokocho. The seating is a cozy space centered around a counter, and the staff are cheerful, making it a comfortable place. The hormone (offal) is well-prepared with little odor, has a nice chewy texture, and is very delicious. The salted hormone pairs especially well with beer, and they let you know when it's the right time to grill, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. They also have standard options like lamb and kalbi, with the lamb being tender and infused with the flavor of the sauce, while the kalbi goes well with the salt sauce. There are dipping sauces of miso and salt available, which is nice because you can choose according to your preference.
