With a traditional atmosphere, the smoke from the roaster whets the appetite. Grilling tongue, offal, and kalbi produces a wonderful aroma, and each dish is satisfying. The meat around the bones is thick, and the flavor expands with each bite. The liver is also fresh, and its deliciousness is distinctly felt. Finally, the cold noodles eaten at the end have a good balance of sourness and spiciness, and the cold soup is very impressive. It seems to be made in an original style, and the deliciousness of the soup particularly lingers in the memory.
