The interior has a gentle wood grain that feels clean, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. In addition to tables, there are raised areas that are easy to use for both individuals and families. The soba noodles are thin and made from light-colored Sarashina buckwheat, with a firm texture that goes down smoothly. The dipping sauce has a gentle sweetness that balances well with the spiciness of the wasabi served alongside. The tempura is lightly battered and crispy, allowing for delicious enjoyment of shrimp and various vegetables without feeling heavy. The set menu offers a wide variety, sometimes including small dishes like tofu and kinpira, providing a sense of satisfaction.
