The dishes shine with meticulous work, and each plate brings excitement. The small portions are perfect as snacks with drinks, and the variations in texture and flavor are enjoyable. The broth is rich and pairs well with sake, making it easy to keep drinking. The sashimi is fresh and deliciously plump, and the fried pufferfish was also perfectly crispy. The two types of chawanmushi have completely different flavors, and both provide a sense of satisfaction. The explanations are easy to understand, and it's a wonderful place where you can enjoy authentic flavors without feeling stiff.
