The shop is located in a quiet place, and its exterior, which incorporates a large rock, is impressive. Inside, the counter is the centerpiece, and there is also a space where you can sit comfortably. The flying fish tempura and stir-fried vegetables, as well as the yakisoba, are freshly made, aromatic, and very delicious. The fried chiredai and salt-grilled datsu were also cooked to perfection and left a lasting impression. They informed us that we could keep a bottle of local shochu and take home any leftovers. The staff were friendly, and despite being busy with locals, the atmosphere was comfortable, giving it a bit of a hidden gem feel, making for an enjoyable experience.
