The lunch omakase seafood bowl features ingredients that change daily, providing a new surprise each time. It is beautifully arranged with lean tuna, medium fatty tuna, marinated sea bream, shrimp, and sea urchin, all of which are exceptionally fresh and highly satisfying. It also comes with a small bowl of pufferfish jelly, clear soup, and seasonal fruits, allowing for enjoyment until the very end. The dinner omakase course presents a variety of dishes, including chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) flavored with bonito broth, zosui (rice soup), and sashimi of hairy crab and yellowtail, served one after another. You can also savor seasonal delicacies like karasumi (dried mullet roe) sandwiched between daikon radish and spring caviar, which naturally pairs well with sake. With limited seating, you can fully enjoy the seasonal flavors and the chef's dedication in a relaxed atmosphere.
