The steak made from heifer meat is very easy to eat, has a wonderful aroma, and makes me happy. The refreshing scent of sansho pepper is just perfect, and it pairs excellently with white rice. It's fun to change the flavors with salt, wasabi, ponzu, soy sauce, and garlic chips. Fresh salads and carefully grilled vegetables are also delicious, and I can be satisfied all the way to the garlic rice at the end. The 100% Wagyu hamburger leaves a lasting impression with its chewy texture from the raw rice bread, complemented by plant-based cheese and a hint of kiwi. The staff's service is pleasant, making for a comfortable atmosphere.
