The interior is clean, with bottles of alcohol lined up, and the table seats, tatami seating, and counter seats create a relaxing atmosphere. The soba noodles are well-shaped and drain well, with a fragrant aroma that spreads pleasantly and tastes delicious. The dipping sauce, rich in dashi, has a sharpness to it, and the grated daikon, seaweed, bonito flakes, and green onions pair well together. The shrimp tempura has a firm texture and a pleasant mouthfeel. The staff is attentive, and the foreign music playing in the background adds a strangely calming effect.
