The soba noodles with a hint of green from the chlorella are fragrant and can be enjoyed smoothly. They have a pleasant elasticity that makes them enjoyable to chew, and they don't get boring until the end. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and the shrimp is substantial. There are also tempura of eggplant and squid, which adds to the visual excitement. The dipping sauce has a mild flavor that pairs well with the soba, making it easy to keep eating. The restaurant has table seating and raised seating areas, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and the variety of options makes it fun to choose.
