While I was out for a walk, I happened to stop by and was excited to see the beautifully arranged pressed sushi and chakin sushi in the display case. The pressed sushi had rice that crumbled delicately, and the kombu and ingredients were perfectly combined. The chakin sushi revealed the crunchy texture of lotus root from within the thin omelet, making it a delight to eat. The inari sushi had a subtly sweet fried tofu and a wonderful aroma of wasabi that paired perfectly, leaving a lingering taste. The stick sushi and seaweed rolls, though simple, were never boring, and I kept reaching for more with my chopsticks. Since it's takeout only, it's easy to buy, and I love that the whole family can share it.
