The shop has a traditional atmosphere under the guard, making it easy to drop in. The freshness of the offal is clearly felt, and the small intestine sashimi, in particular, has a beautiful color and spreads umami. The liver, whether grilled lightly with sauce or as liver sashimi, is delicious and leaves a lingering taste. The skewers are perfectly seasoned with salt, and the slightly spicy miso pairs well, making you want to keep drinking. The snacks, including tanuki tofu, gyoza, and shirasu with aji sashimi, are all carefully prepared and satisfying. The staff is friendly, and there is a comfortable atmosphere where you can relax while watching TV.
