I love the spacious atmosphere created by the old building, where I can relax comfortably. The craft beers poured from the servers lined up at the counter are exciting because I can compare different flavors. There are fragrant hop varieties and smooth black beers, which are irresistible for beer lovers. The moist chicken ham salad, accented perfectly with lemon and pink pepper, is light and delicious. The dessert pudding has a remarkable aroma from the caramel made with reduced dark beer. In the morning, I can also enjoy a croque monsieur made with Tokachi ingredients and pumpkin potage, feeling the breeze of Tokachi in the city.
