Katsutatsu's curry udon is spicy and thick in consistency, and can be served with zaru tofu, a perfect palate cleanser, so you will never get tired of it. The restaurant's interior is also spacious, and the full-belly loin cutlet lunch is perfectly cooked and the batter is thin and zesty. The creamy tartar sauce is also delicious, and the rice and cabbage are so satisfying that you will want to refill your bowl again and again. The kayaku gohan, like the rest of the restaurant, is white in color, suggesting a light flavor, but you will enjoy the robust taste of the dashi broth and the abundance of ingredients. You will realize that Katsu Tatsu is not only a tonkatsu restaurant, but also an udon shop.
