The thin Inaniwa udon noodles slide down easily, providing a pleasant texture. The warm broth made from sea bream has a wonderful aroma and a concentrated umami flavor. There is also sea bream mixed in with the udon, adding to the satisfaction. When paired with the sea bream rice, it becomes an even happier combination. The deep-fried whitebait and mitsuba is crispy and light, perfectly complementing the dipping sauce. The dessert, cream daifuku, comes out chilled and becomes chewy and enjoyable by the time you eat it.
