The restaurant boasts fresh fish, and the sashimi platter was very impressive. Each piece had a distinct flavor and texture, and it can be enjoyed not only with soy sauce but also with oyster-flavored soy sauce. The seaweed-scented soup that was served first was surprisingly delicious, and I was pleased to find small octopus in the macaroni salad. The spicy garlic pickled napa cabbage and the garlic stir-fried squid were also flavors that paired well with alcohol. Although there weren't many types of sake, the quality was good, the aroma was pleasant, and it paired excellently with the dishes. The rice balls filled with plenty of shirasu had a prominent flavor of rice and seaweed, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.

The seaweed soup that was served first was very delicious, and the texture of the octopus in the macaroni salad was also good. The sashimi is fresh, with different flavors and textures for each type of fish, making it enjoyable to eat. The tuna, in particular, is impressive and can be enjoyed not only with soy sauce but also with oyster sauce. The sake selection includes good brands, has a pleasant aroma, and pairs perfectly with the sashimi. The shirasu rice ball is filled with plenty of ingredients, and you can appreciate the deliciousness of the rice and seaweed, leaving you satisfied.
