There is an eat-in area where you can slowly enjoy cake and coffee on the spot. Not only Western sweets but also Japanese sweets are lined up, and I really liked the moist texture of the chestnut steamed yokan. The raw chocolate melts in your mouth, bringing a smile to your face. Among the baked goods, the sesame and soybean flour madeleine is fragrant, and the crunchy texture is delightful. The seasonal tarts and cherry blossom roll are also gorgeous, making it exciting to choose. It has the atmosphere of a small workshop, but I felt it is a beloved place in Hida Furukawa.
