The dishes are centered around the use of koji, and each has a gentle flavor. The chicken nanban features plump chicken, and the tartar sauce is rich and satisfying. There are several small side dishes, including mushrooms and dried daikon, which are refreshing and delicious. The brown rice with mixed grains and the koji miso soup are also easy to eat, making you feel good. The interior is clean, with a comfortable atmosphere that includes a counter, tables, and tatami seating. The selection of sake is also good, and the staff is calm and attentive, plus you can get a refill on rice, which is a nice bonus.
