The signature dishes of Gaosing include Jajangmyeon, Jjamppong, and Snowflake Cream Shrimp. In particular, the Jajangmyeon boasts a luxurious taste that can be enjoyed at a hotel, while the Cream Shrimp features a smooth and savory sauce that is exceptional.

The interior gives a modern feel like a cafe, and there are tables available for solo dining, allowing for a comfortable meal. High chairs are also provided for families with young children.

Gaosing is a place newly started by a chef who has built a long career at the Sheraton Hotel's Chinese restaurant, and it received a lot of attention even before opening.
