There is a wide variety of meats, and just looking at them is exciting. The refrigerated case not only has fresh meat but also ham, sausages, and hamburgers, making it fun to choose. There are also ready-made dishes like croquettes, minced meat, ham cutlets, chicken cutlets, and fried chicken, which make you want to buy and eat them right away. When I asked for a set for grilled meat, it was a big hit at the barbecue. The offal, in particular, was rich in flavor, and I was satisfied with the results even when grilled at home. There is a sense of trust that comes from direct management, and you can really feel the quality of products like Joshu beef and Yamato pork.
