The restaurant is bustling with many staff members, creating a lively atmosphere. You can easily place orders using a QR code, allowing you to leisurely choose while seated. The signature Miyazaki Jitokko chicken is incredibly fresh, whether served as sashimi or grilled, and the umami flavor is distinctly noticeable. The outer part is crispy while the inside is rare tataki, and the creamy avocado yukke is irresistibly delicious. The rich chicken paitan ramen has a smooth, velvety texture like a potage, and it was very satisfying with plenty of ingredients. There is also a wide variety of shochu, so the grilled chicken thigh, which has a fragrant charcoal aroma, pairs perfectly and makes you want to keep eating.

You can enjoy rich chicken paitan ramen limited to daytime hours. The soup is creamy like a potage, with the flavor of bonito flakes layered in, creating a deep taste. It is topped with large chashu, eggs, young corn, and other ingredients, providing a satisfying experience. It's interesting that when you dissolve the meat miso, it transforms into a rich miso ramen flavor. The restaurant also has private rooms, allowing you to enjoy chicken dishes and skewers in a calm atmosphere. From charcoal-grilled Jidori chicken to the finishing Jidori chicken ramen, it was all about chicken, leaving me feeling happy until the end.
