The cozy interior with a counter and tables is enjoyable, featuring tabletop charcoal grills. The focus is on pork and chicken offal, with a little bit of beef, making it exciting to choose. The marinated meat is delicious on its own, with a variety of flavors including spicy and salt-and-pepper options. The pork harami and ton toro are rich in flavor, with excess fat rendered off for a nicely roasted finish. Crunchy cucumbers, kimchi, and seaweed soup are perfect as palate cleansers in between. While leisurely grilling and gazing at the array of drinks lined up at the counter, you quickly find yourself satisfied.
