The atmosphere was easy to enter casually along the roadside. Once seated, the staff was friendly and quickly guided us through the menu. The shrimp ramen with a salty shrimp sauce had a thick sauce that clung to the thin noodles, and the shrimp was plump and impressive. The super spicy miso ramen had a sweetness from the vegetables that spread later, and the balance of spiciness and richness was exquisite. The oyster-filled mixed vegetable ramen was also packed with milky deliciousness, and it was full of ingredients, leaving me very satisfied. Each dish was substantial yet had a careful flavor, and combined with the comfortable atmosphere, it made for a happy dining experience.
