The grilled offal is served on a plate rather than skewers, which is convenient and delightful. The tongue is perfectly seasoned with salt, and the texture is pleasant. The pork intestines are plump and juicy, with a perfect level of doneness. The melt-in-your-mouth cartilage and spicy peanuts are also enjoyable in texture, and the variety of menu options encourages more drinking.
