We received an eel lunch box from the long-established Nishimura River Fish Restaurant for home delivery. We recommend the half-and-half bowl of broiled eel and white broiled eel. It comes with homemade bonito flakes tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) and sansho (Japanese pepper) from "Shichamiya Honpo" in Shimizu, Kyoto. The eel meat is tender and well thought out so that you can finish the dish. Nishimura River Fish Restaurant is a store I would like to support in the future. Thank you very much for your patronage!
