The interior has tables and a counter on the first floor, while the second floor features private rooms and banquet halls, allowing for a relaxed experience. You can order the first drink verbally, and after that, there's a convenient system to easily add more using a QR code. The appetizer of meat miso cabbage is refreshing, and it's great that you can have unlimited refills of cabbage. The skewers, such as vegetable-wrapped skewers and crispy chicken skin skewers, are all fragrant, and the pork belly cabbage-wrapped skewer was particularly juicy. The restaurant's specialty, the rich tonkotsu (pork bone) hot pot, is delicious, and adding Hakata ramen at the end allows you to enjoy it until the last bite. The service is surprisingly fast, the staff is energetic, and it's a place where you can feel pleasantly full.
