We decided not to write a detailed location or landmark because the cafe is full of hiding places. To put it roughly, it is between Kitakamakura and Kamakura. wThe location is somewhat confusing, but if you are interested, please look for it. As the name suggests, the cafe looks like a private house. When I went there, there were not many flowers in bloom, but the waitress told me that the trees in the garden show various expressions depending on the season. I order a hamburger steak at the first restaurant I go to and French toast at the first café I go to, so I did again this time. For a drink, I ordered a water-drizzled iced coffee. I wandered around the restaurant in the time it took for the food to be served. Old books, antique furniture, and stylish ornaments of various colors, shapes, and sizes match the interior of the restaurant. The French toast is cooked medium rare with a browned surface and moist inside. It is cut crosswise with butter on the center. Looking at the cut surface, the white part of the bread remains in the center, and when I ate it, I could still taste the wheat flavor. The syrup is light, so it is easy to eat even for those who do not eat sweets very often like myself. The coffee was also light. I usually prefer deep roasted bitter coffee or espresso, but after a leisurely stroll in Kamakura, this might be just right. It is open until sunset, and I visited at around 4:30pm. There were only two customers in front of me who seemed to be regulars, but by the time we finished eating, the restaurant was almost full, probably with people who had finished strolling around Kamakura. I thought it was going to be a bit noisy, but the background music and the aura of the waitresses created a relaxing atmosphere inside the restaurant!
