As you enter the shop, the cheerful owner's "Welcome" resonates, and you immediately feel at home. The handmade noodles are said to be kneaded for forty minutes and aged overnight, resulting in an irresistible chewy texture. The pink-colored ume-zaru udon is infused with plum paste and shiso, making it refreshing in both appearance and taste. The broth is rich in aroma, and when combined with the noodles, it is so delicious that you want to drink it all up to the last drop. The rice balls made from homegrown rice have a perfect balance of salt, and I couldn't help but devour both of them. The menu is diverse, featuring a variety of rice bowls and snacks, and I am impressed by the level of service that makes it hard to believe that one person is managing everything.
