The entrance to the restaurant is clean and gives a sense of calm throughout the dining experience. The pork cutlet curry has a light and crispy batter, and the fragrant spiciness makes the rice go down easily. Additionally, by changing the flavor slightly with the table sauce, you can enjoy a different deliciousness. The black pork cutlet with bamboo charcoal is also impressive, and when paired with salt and pepper, the umami is greatly enhanced. It's also appreciated that you can refill the rice, miso soup, and cabbage, which adds to the satisfaction. The tomato flavor in the dressing is also good, allowing for a pleasant dining experience until the end.

The black pork cutlet with bamboo charcoal is visually impressive, has a mild aroma, and is easy to eat. The coating is light and crispy, while the meat is tender and juicy, with a delicious sweetness from the fat. You can refill your rice and cabbage, and also enjoy ground sesame, pickles, and salad dressing. The shrimp tempura is also large and satisfying.
