There is a tatami seating area where you can relax and enjoy grilled meat with your feet down. The roaster produces little smoke, allowing you to spend time without worrying about the smell. I chose the fatty flank and fatty liver from the selectable hormone set meal, and I was impressed by the melting texture. In addition to the sauce, there is salt and sesame oil available, which is a nice change of flavor. The cold noodles come with a gently sweet soup, and by adding the accompanying kimchi and vinegar, you can customize it to your liking. When I ordered the cucumber, the richness of the fat spread gently, and the more I grilled it, the more fragrant it became, making it irresistible.
