When I ordered a sashimi set meal at lunchtime, I was thrilled by the colorful presentation. Thick slices of tuna, crunchy white fish, and fluffy tamagoyaki were all laid out, and everything was fresh. The miso soup that came with it had seaweed, nameko mushrooms, and tofu, spreading a gentle umami flavor. The small bowls of simmered kelp, satsuma-age, and butterbur were also well-prepared, which made me happy. The pickled daikon and salad refreshed my palate, so I couldn't put down my chopsticks until the end. Even the complimentary coffee I had after the meal was delicious, and I left the restaurant feeling happy.
