Traditional Basque Pintxos and Grilled Specialties

Victor Montes Restaurante offers traditional Basque cooking in the historic Plaza Nueva, combining a lively pintxos bar with a sit-down dining room. House-made pintxos are prepared with fresh ingredients and regularly renewed at the counter. The kitchen is known for its well-regarded meats and classic dishes, complemented by regional desserts and a concise selection of Spanish wines. Attentive staff help navigate the menu even during busy service.
