Oyster Creative Cuisine ◎ Soak in a hot spring at Ginbaso in Ako Onsen and feel poka-poka~! The view of the ocean is right in front of the hot spring bath of Tenkai at Ginbaso! A ship goes by, but can't you see it? I wondered if you could see it. Then, I looked at the oyster map of Aioi and went to Shimataro-san here! When we entered the restaurant, the owner said, "It's taking a long time to serve them because I'm alone right now. He said that his part-timer was running late! Well, let's wait patiently! The menu includes Izakaya, Yakitori and Oyster menu! Oyster ponzu (citrus juice) 500 yen Grilled oysters: 150 yen x 4 Oyster tempura 600 yen Oyster Neapolitan 1,000 yen Horumon Salt Yakisoba 1,000 yen Anko karaage (fried anko fish) 580 yen Tsukune tare 250 yen Chicken hip ¥240 Negima Salt 250 yen Tebasaki (chicken wings) 250 yen Fried Oysters with Vegetables 700 yen After a while, two part-time workers arrived and the restaurant was ready for 3 people! The owner was working efficiently by himself, taking orders, cooking, and serving. There are creative oyster dishes here, too! I tried a variety of them, and they were a hit! Not the belly, but the hit of deliciousness! The oyster ponzu and grilled oysters are also plump and delicious~! The yakitori was not bad either! The owner of this restaurant used to work in Kyobashi. It was a miracle that he and his companion had someone in common! I felt that the world is really a small place! This year's oyster tour is closed. Next year, I think I'll go to Nissei...
