In a small sushi restaurant in the town, there is a counter and a raised seating area, creating a calm atmosphere. Upon entering, you are warmly welcomed, and it feels comfortable. The set comes with miso soup and chawanmushi, and both are visually appealing and satisfying. Each piece of nigiri is carefully shaped, with the flavor of the rice and the firmness just right. The tuna, sea bream, scallops, and mackerel are all delicious, especially the mackerel, which is perfectly cured. It is a shop that feels historical, and the accent of the dried gourd adds a fun and happy touch.
