The sushi, crafted by the son who trained at Ark Hills, is meticulously prepared, with each piece of white and red fish offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The atmosphere is warm, and the service is gentle, which is comforting. You can feel the careful work in both the white and red fish, and it is very delicious. The flavor of the nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) is particularly memorable, and I was satisfied with the rolls as well. There is a good variety of sake, which makes you want to keep drinking. It starts off leisurely with sashimi and side dishes, and ends happily with nigiri and rolls. I felt it was a cozy place bustling with regular customers.
