This restaurant has a warm atmosphere typical of a local Chinese eatery, making it easy to walk in casually. You can see the kitchen from the counter, and I was excited to watch the experienced chefs skillfully handle the woks. The pan-fried dumplings have a chewy skin and a fragrant aroma of garlic that wafts through the air, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The boiled dumplings are larger and soaked in soup, providing a smooth texture and a gentle umami flavor that is very pleasant. The stir-fried liver and chives had crispy vegetables, and the liver was tender, cooked to perfection and very delicious. The menu is extensive, and I’m happy that there are various options to enjoy, including noodles.
