The interior is spacious, with table seating and tatami rooms, creating a pleasant atmosphere reminiscent of the old days. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the preparation of the charcoal is smooth. The meat has a wonderful aroma of fat, and it pairs perfectly with rice. The tongue has a tender texture, and the kalbi and loin also have a strong umami flavor. The liver is free of any unpleasant smell and has a clean aftertaste. The hormone hot pot, filled with plenty of chives and bean sprouts, has a mildly sweet broth that is gentle, and you can enjoy the flow of finishing it off with udon.
