In a small shop in an alley, the space centered around the counter is very cozy. The variety of obanzai (Japanese side dishes) lined up in front of me is all carefully prepared, and the aroma of yuzu in the ohitashi (blanched vegetables) is a nice accent. The sashimi is fresh and has a pleasant texture, with each bite revealing more deliciousness. The tempura oysters are rich in flavor, and when you bite into them, the taste spreads in your mouth. The garlic butter grilled shiitake mushrooms have a soft elasticity, and their aroma and juiciness bring a smile to my face. The seasoning of the marinated mackerel is just right, making it perfect for quietly enjoying a drink.
