Using Sri Lankan Earl Grey characterized by the aroma of bergamot, it is brewed slowly over time rather than through the usual extraction method, creating a luxurious and vibrant flavor. Additionally, a rich syrup made with Kagoshima-grown sugar cane and domestic lemon is used to enhance the depth of flavor. Finally, by adding carbonation, the rich aroma of Earl Grey and the refreshing acidity of lemon spread, making it a perfect tea soda for the hot summer.

This blend is made from genmaicha, kabuse tea, and matcha sourced from Makinohara City, Shizuoka Prefecture, brewed using the cold brew method. The vibrant deep green color of the tea has a mild astringency and a refreshing taste, characterized by its rich aroma. Enjoy a cup that brings a taste of Japan, something that has not been available at Ron Herman Cafe before. Served iced only.
