A renowned establishment for enjoying classic katsu-don and Sanuki udon
Established since the Showa era, Shimada-ya is a must-visit spot for katsu-don and Sanuki udon on your way back from Hachinohe. The tender katsu paired with the firm and chewy Sanuki udon creates a perfect combination that captivates visitors. One bite will surprise you with its rich flavor and gentle taste. The tempura udon also offers great value for money, making it hard to decide which dish to choose on your next visit.
