It is pleasant to be able to relax and wait while drinking soba tea in the quiet store. The 100% buckwheat noodles are thin yet have a firm texture, and they go down smoothly. When you dip the fragrant noodles into the sauce, the subtle sweetness and the sharpness of the soy sauce harmonize, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The freshly fried tempura is abundant with shrimp and seasonal vegetables, and the batter is crispy. The bowl topped with yam and egg has a creamy texture and looks luxurious. The homemade pickled shallots and vegetables lined up near the checkout are also appealing, making for a delightful experience until the very end.
