The building, resembling a traditional house, has a noren (fabric divider) and a sign at the entrance, creating a comforting atmosphere as you enter. The interior, with wooden flooring in the living room, is stylish, and the alcove is lined with bottles of shochu. You can see the mountain range through the window, allowing for a peaceful dining experience. The ginger pork is cooked just right, rich in flavor, with plenty of green onions, and the lettuce is fresh and delightful. The grilled fish has a crispy skin and a fluffy interior, and you can feel the craftsmanship in the small side dishes. The gentle flavors of the goya (bitter melon), kelp, tofu, and miso side dishes create a pleasant atmosphere, and it's nice to see many local regulars.
