The seafood is very fresh, and the aroma spreads every time it enters my mouth. The sushi has a firm topping, and the harmony with the rice is pleasant. The grilled items are fragrant and delicious enough to bring a smile to my face. The chawanmushi served alongside has a well-extracted dashi, providing a comforting flavor. The sashimi and the sauce on the ankimo are also carefully prepared, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste. I can enjoy sake in my favorite cut glass, and the conversations with the chef are enjoyable.

It is just a short walk from the station, and the new shop has a calm atmosphere. The dishes and glasses are beautiful, and I am happy that I can choose cut glass. The sushi is fresh, and the sea urchin and nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) left a particularly strong impression. The Spanish mackerel has a rich flavor from the fat, and the marinated mackerel has a gentle acidity that makes it easy to eat. The fugu (pufferfish) and grilled dishes also have a lovely aroma, and in addition to sushi, you can enjoy meat and eggplant dishes. There are private rooms with tables, and they thoughtfully present the food in cute portions that are easy for children to eat.
