I could feel the karma and the meaning of daring to choose the preparation of tempura, more than when I came here a few years ago. I wonder if I am growing as a eater a little.

★★★★★+★ Bikasa Tempura (Kanagawa, Japan) Tempura I have never had before. New texture. The shrimp and kisses were rare and the asparagus had just the right amount of wateriness. The Belgian leeks called leeki were between leeks and onions, also delicious 😋The Matsuba crab was also good...everything was delicious! LOL! It also went quite well with white wine. I've never had tempura that went better with white wine than sake😋.

★★★★★+★ Bikasa, Kanagawa, Japan Second visit. I want to go every month 😭April frame is 🙅‍♂️ Everything was delicious😊I opened 2 bottles and was dizzy on the way home... This time I had tencha instead of tendon 😋.
